Keystone Stars is a program designed by the State of Pennsylvania to assess and enhance the quality of childcare programs throughout the state. Family, group and center based childcare practitioners that enroll in Keystone Stars receive free technical assistance and guidance to continue quality improvement. NIM Early Childhood Specialists work closely with childcare programs to help them align with increasingly higher Keystone Stars standards and to qualify for corresponding benefits.
