Quality Improvement Systems (QIS) provide family childcare professionals with new and innovative training opportunities. We also provide technical assistance to family-based childcare programs interested in enhancing their programs. Services include on-site consultation, program assessments using the Environmental Rating Scale, introduction to the PA Early Learning Standards, and curriculum and activity coaching.
