“Success by Six” offers select childcare facilities working to achieve Keystone STAR 3 status and higher the assistance of NIM Early Childhood Specialists to help them achieve their goals. NIM specialists offer 18 months of support to help facilities heighten standards, including providing each with a program specific action plan, hands-on guidance to program administrators and teaching staff, and a continuous quality improvement plan.
